  • Mentoring Program at GKNF-USA
    The GKNF-USA supports a mentoring program as a means of meeting the major objectives of the Foundation. The mentoring program is designed to foster professional development and leadership in Korean nurses and nurse scholars in the United States.
    The program objectives are to:

    • Foster supportive relationships between mentors and mentees
    • Guide Korean nursing students in a doctoral program, post-doctoral fellows, advanced practice nurse (APN) fellows, and junior Korean-American faculty in their professional, personal, and interpersonal growth
    • Facilitate and support collaborative research and clinical projects among Korean nurse scientists and leaders
    • Communicate and share scholarly information and learning opportunities
