Special Message from the GKNF-USA President
Founded in 2003, the Global Korean Nursing Foundation (GKNF)-USA has experienced steady growth over the past two decades, achieving significant milestones. Under the outstanding leadership of President Dr. Young Mee Lee for the last 4 years, we have developed and implemented remarkable programs to support Korean nurses in the United States in practice, education, and research.
As we continue to navigate the evolving landscape of this profession, it is with great pride and excitement that I step into the role of President of the GKNF-USA alongside our new Executive Committee members. As technology rapidly evolves, we must enhance communication within our organization and with potential members to support Korean nurse leaders. Over the next two years, the Executive Committee aims to lay the groundwork for effective and efficient organizational change to support Korean nurse leaders. Together we are on the threshold of a new chapter. As each of us grows as leaders, so does the GKNF-USA.
