The officers of the Board of the Foundation may include but are not limited to President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Board members of the Foundation are the acknowledged nurse scientists or clinical practitioners in the USA and they shall be elected by the Board of Directors. Unless otherwise indicated by the Board, all matters of the Foundation will be decided by vote of the Board of Directors. The dues of the Board member shall be a minimum $500 per annum and shall be payable to the GKNF-USA.

General members. Nursing or Non-nursing scholars or clinicians who support the mission of the GKNF-USA, are in good moral and ethical standing. General members may vote on matters of the Foundation when proposed by the Board members at the annual meeting. General members will get all newsletters and notices, and reduced prices for Annual Conference or Workshops. General members will be listed in searchable General Membership Directory of the GKNF-USA website. The dues of the general members shall be $100 per annum, and shall be payable to the GKNF-USA.

Student members. Students are studying in a nursing or relevant health program in USA. Students membership includes the voting privilege of general members. Student members will get all newsletters and notices, and reduced prices for Annual Conference or Workshops. Students members are eligible to apply for the GKNF Scholarship. Student members will be listed in searchable Student Membership Directory of the GKNF-USA website. The dues of the student members shall be $50, and shall be payable to the GKNF-USA.

Founding members. Sponsors are those who have donated a minimum of $50,000

Senior members. Sponsors are those who have donated a minimum of $10,000

Institutional member. Sponsors are those who have donated a minimum of $1,000
